Ahlia started as a joint venture between Al
Ahlia General Trading Co (PVT) LTD (AGTC) of the UAE and Gulf Line of Oman.
Trading began in mid 1988 . Site preparation for the production plant started at
the beginning of 1989. In January 1990, the bottle and can lines were
commissioned and the shipments of finished products to the UAE, Oman and other
Gulf countries commenced. Investment in AGL runs Millions of US Dollars.

Al Ain Plant. |

Coca-Cola plant in the Middle East region to be certified for the
Coca-Cola Quality System – Phase 4 (final stage) and ISO 9001:2000. |

2004 Started
in-house water production (Arwa), for which we have won the
prestigious Exxon Mobil global award for best label. |

|
2004 Obtained external HACCP
certification. |
